Qualifications: System Operation, seeks a highly motivated individual to join technical support group as a System Analyst. The ideal candidate for this position must have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with personnel on all levels. A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field and at least 7 years of relevant experience is required. In lieu of bachelor’s degree, an Associate’s degree in Engineering, Computer science or related field with 10 years relevant work experience will be accepted. Relevant experience should include but is not limited to systems management, project management, computer networking, cyber security, firewall and information technology. Must have a minimum of 4 years experience managing Linux systems. Candidate must be computer proficient including experience with Microsoft office suite.

Responsibilities: This position has direct responsibility for the continued monitoring of applications, networks and computer systems in a mission critical environment. This function contributes to the success of the Company by ensuring the health and security of the systems and handling the needs of personnel in an expeditious and cost effective manner. Selected candidate will follow and enforce the Department’s change management process related to changes to the networks and various electronic systems in accordance with regulatory and departmental requirements. Ensure the timing of changes does not jeopardize the availability and reliability of the systems. Promote best practices and use of cybersecurity tools and follow procedures and guidelines to ensure complete compliance with the regulatory requirements. Assist in the daily operation, technical and administrative support of network, applications and computer systems, including user support, troubleshooting, problem solving and being on an "on call" roster to provide needed support during off hours. Assist in the design, development and implementation of network and computer systems and keep abreast of the latest cyber security, network and computer technology
Physical Requirements: Position requires a valid driver’s license. Travel to other Company and vendor locations may be required. May be required to work various schedules, including weekends, holidays, nights and off-hour shifts. Must be able to pass Industrial Psychologist examination.
