Qualifications: Gas Engineering is seeking to hire a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join its management team. The Analyst (1H) is responsible for collecting and analyzing data and preparing the Gas Operations trends and engineering statistical books. The Analyst will review results and recommend modifications to existing procedures. Applies knowledge of ECS, GIS, MRP, leak repair data, and engineering records to answer inquires and help make sound business decisions. Create and modify reports and data verification methods to enhance the Distribution Integrity Management program. Candidate must have an Associate’s Degree. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred. Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. The Sr. Analyst (2L) is responsible for analyzing trends related to Gas Engineering main replacement program. The candidate will support the department with accessing data for custom and ad-hoc reporting, and will help analyze main replacement performance and cost management data. The candidate will apply knowledge of ECS, GIS, MRP, leak repair data, and engineering records to answer inquires and help make sound business decisions. Additionally, the Sr. Analyst will perform geo spatial queries using GIS products. The analytics and reporting will enhance the company’s Distribution Integrity Management program. Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred. Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience The successful candidate must have good oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, agency representatives, and employees representing various levels of management. Must be able to exercise independent judgment and render sound business decisions. Must be well organized, detail oriented, flexible with the ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have knowledge of mapping/geographic systems. Develop proactive, customer-centric solutions to foster the trust and confidence of our customers and improve value for all our stakeholders. Perform other related tasks and assignments as required. The Senior Analyst in this position will also assist in planning, managing and implementing the Rate Case programs. This includes working with the vendor to upgrade and improve the prioritization program and manage the various programs (ECS, Vision, etc.) that interact with the model.
