Description

We are seeking a full time Sales Coordinator.

The ideal candidate should possess administrative experience with a dynamic personality to support the sales team.

Duties will include but are not limited to answering phones, processing letters, contracts and proposals, working with group contacts and overall office support.

Requirements include strong organizational skills, customer service experience, computer skills including Word, Excel & Outlook, an outgoing personality and the desire to help others.  Ability to prioritize workload and communicate effecively with sales managers to maintain an efficient flow of projects to completion.

Hotel experience is preferred, but not required.

High School education or equivalent; plus four (4) years' similar work experience; OR equivalent education/experience.
