This position is responsible for supporting the Project Manager by providing a full range of office resources duties. The minimum qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree and four (4)+ years related office experience. Education may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. Accounts Payable and experience tracking costs is highly desirable. The individual we hire must be reliable, have excellent communication, documentation, and organization skills. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office including Excel are required. Experience utliziing a computerized maintenance management software a plus.
Candidates must possess or be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI / Yankee White clearance.
