Superco Specialty Products, a Company of Momar, Inc., is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Operations Specialist to support its busy Valencia office. Qualified candidates must have at least one year of relevant experience, strong computer skills, including being comfortable working with Microsoft Office, primarily Excel, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to the Sales Team. Experience with SAP Business One software is also a plus. The ideal candidate will additionally have the ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast paced, ever changing environment, be attentive to detail, and exercise strong problem solving skills.
This individual will be responsible for processing all incoming orders received from the Sales Team, ensuring they are processed in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, this individual will work closely with the Purchasing Department. Furthermore, this individual will be responsible for processing daily invoices and sales reporting, and maintaining back-up records for commissions processing. Schedule will be from 7:00am-4:00pm, Monday - Friday.
