LB&B Associates Inc. is seeking qualified part-time Contractor Instructor Aircrew (CIA) for the MH-53E Weapon System/platform training at Naval Station (NS), Norfolk, Virginia.

Qualifications:  A CIA must be, or have been, an MH-53E Naval Aviation Training and Operating Procedures Standardization (NATOPS) qualified Aircrewman in the Navy MH-53E within the previous five (5) years or have been an MH-53E Fleet Replacement Squadron (FRS) instructor (Aircrewman).  A CIA shall have a minimum of one (1) deployed flying fleet tour in the Navy MH-53E aircraft, have (500) flying hours in the MH-53E aircraft, and have a Level III Naval Aircrewman and/or Airborne Mine Countermeasures(AMCM) First Crewman qualification.  The CIA shall hold Naval Enlistment Classification Codes (NECs) 9502 (Instructor) and 8226 or 7886 (Operator) and, be designated as a Master Training specialist.

Certifications: A CIA must successfully complete an annual MH-53E Open book exam. A CIA must demonstrate an understanding of the MH-53E missions, crew procedures, tactics and threat systems/tactics.  A CIA must successfully complete the MH-53E Airborne Stream and Recovery Module (ASRM) Personnel Qualification Standards (PQS) during the first year of employment and annually maintain an ASRM Standardization Evaluation.
