Momar’s mineral handling and consulting engineering division is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast paced, ever changing environment. He/she must also have a have HS Diploma or equivalent, a minimum of one year’s experience working in a recent and relevant administrative or office support role, proficiency with computers, MS Office Suite, and PDF editing software, comfort in handling electronic documents and navigating MS Windows, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. A Bachelor’s Degree and advanced MS Office Suite, database maintenance, and PDF editing skills preferred.
