Momar’s mineral handling and consulting engineering division is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant.  The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast paced, ever changing environment.  He/she must also have a have HS Diploma or equivalent, a minimum of one year’s experience working in a recent and relevant administrative or office support role, proficiency with computers, MS Office Suite, and PDF editing software, comfort in handling electronic documents and navigating MS Windows, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.  A Bachelor’s Degree and advanced MS Office Suite, database maintenance, and PDF editing skills preferred.

Primary responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following:

  1. Providing daily administrative/clerical support to Momar’s MinTech Division.
  2. Frequently interacting with the MinTech Team as well as MinTech vendors and customers for follow-ups.
  3. Addressing and/or routing phone inquiries requiring escalation.
  4. Filing and/or routing incoming faxes and e-mails.
  5. Retrieving, filing, and/or routing documents from online vendor sites.
  6. Processing timesheets for weekly payroll.
  7. Processing timesheets for weekly payroll.
  8. Performing data entry in CRM database.
  9. Assisting with special projects as assigned.
